What is the rationale of the EnercitEE project?

The EnercitEE project is an exchange and “Regional Initiative” project which aims to improve, through the exchange of experience and good practices, the effectiveness of regional development policies.
Indeed, it focuses on the identification, the analysis, and, under certain conditions, the transfer of good practices.
