Premiers resultats pour le programme EnercitEE en Haute-Savoie
Mardi 7 juin 2011, le Conseil général a accueilli les étudiants de l’IER de Poisy pour la présentation de leurs travaux sur l’amélioration de l’efficacité énergétique menés auprès de 6 communes de Haute-Savoie.
Entourés de leur professeur, des représentants des communes de Douvaine, de Massongy, de Loisin, de Vallières et d’Alby sur Chéran ainsi que du CAUE, ils ont exposé le diagnostic des consommations d’énergie et d’eau qu’ils ont réalisé avec l’aide des services techniques et ont proposé un certain nombre de pistes de travail et d’amélioration de l’efficacité énergétique.
Les communes participantes ont exprimé leur grand intérêt pour ces partenariats qui ont alimenté les réflexions communales en matière de développement durable (consommation, déplacements, alimentation biologique des cantines scolaires) et qui ont permis à des étudiants de pénétrer l’univers des collectivités locales.
Pour le Conseil général, c’est un premier résultat très positif sur l’un des 9 projets du programme EnercitEE auquel il participe avec l’Allemagne, la Suède, l’Italie et la Pologne, et qui vise à améliorer l’efficacité énergétique dans les collectivités et chez les citoyens haut-savoyards.
Cette action s’inscrit au sein de la politique de développement durable engagé depuis 5 ans par le Conseil général et concrétise auprès des haut-savoyards la mise en œuvre de son Plan Climat.

FIRST RESULTS FOR PRATLA ENERCITEE SUB PROJECT
On the 7th june, HSA Council welcomed the student from the Rural space School for the presentation of their work on energy efficent improvment in 6 municipalities of Haute-Savoie.
The students’ teachers, representatives of Douvaine, Massongy, Loisin, Vallières and Alby sur Cheran municipalities and the CAUE74, they exposed their energy and water consumption diagnosis they realized with the help of the technical services. They proposed a number of guidelines to improve energy efficiency.
The participating municipalities expressed their great interest in these partnerships which have fueled municipal reflexions on sustainable development. They also highlighted the fact that this project had enabled students to enter the world of local authorities.
For the HSA General Council, it is a first very positive result on one of 9 sub projects developped in EnercitEE program. In this specific sub project PRATLA, 4 others countries are sharing experience with France: Germany, Sweden, Italy and Poland,
EnercitEE is really filling its goal: to improve energy efficiency in communities and among Haute-Savoie citizens and local authorities!

Great to read what is happening in Haute-Savoie.
I am sure the fruitful exchange between the students and the municipalities will give the municipalities interesting insights where their Energy Efficiency potentials lies.

CAUE has done a very good job so far! Congratulations!
What is extremely important is that representatives of the local authorities are actually present during these presentations. This shows that they are comitted to a project like PraTLA and interested in the results of the students’ assessments. I am glad that the students access to local authorities has been so succesfull.
It will be very interesting to compare these approaches to the students’ presentations in Smaland, Lower Silesia and Saxony, and of course the transnational experience of Steffi&Armin the 2 Saxon students in Oskarshamn,SE (who have already written on this blog)
