Kick-off meeting of CLIPART in Bologna

The CLIPART sub-project held its first meeting in Bologna, January 27 and 28, 2011, at Arpa-Simc headquarters. Partners from SAENA, Germany, and Air-Aps, France, were present but also partners from REAC, Greece and Jelenia Gora, Poland could attend at least partially the meeting by videoconference.

Many subjects were discussed, all of them listed on a meeting agenda agreed in advance, namely management and planning of administrative activities, definition and discussion of data, information type and experiences to be exchanged within SPP; definition and discussion of data collection system, drafting of CLIPART Initial Report contents, definition of website, brochures and other communication features. For all subjects deadlines and responsibilities were assigned.

The next CLIPART meeting will take place in Crete, next September.
